Terms

The Legacy membership and four sponsorship packages are purchased through Stripe Checkout. Prices are displayed before payment. No automatic renewal is enabled. The club contacts customers after purchase to arrange fulfilment; sponsorship customers are contacted within 48 hours.

Official clothing

Clothing is sold by Grip Active on its own store. Product options, payment, delivery, returns and customer service for those orders are handled there, not by this website.

Terms awaiting club approval

The club must approve customer terms covering fulfilment, cancellation, refunds, tax treatment, sponsorship approval, intellectual-property permissions for uploaded materials and contact details. This draft does not invent those conditions.
