Privacy Policy

Checkout collects your email, payment details and any business name or preferences you provide through Stripe. The website records your order, payment status and contact details in its private database so the club can arrange fulfilment. General enquiries are sent by email; this site no longer displays a contact or order-preparation form.

Payments

Card details are entered on Stripe Checkout and are not handled by this website. Clothing purchases take place on Grip Active and are governed by that store’s policies.

What still needs approval

The club must confirm the data controller, lawful bases, retention periods, processors, privacy contact, international transfers and the procedure for exercising data rights. No non-essential analytics are configured in this build.
